Parliamo

ParliamoThe business phone that rings on every phone on your team.

Give your team shared numbers that ring everyone, a line of their own, and voicemail they can read. Calls arrive like any other phone call, right on the lock screen.

Incoming call…

It rings like a phone call, because it is one.

Parliamo isn’t a chat app with a dial pad bolted on. Business calls come in through the same system your phone uses for its own calls.

On the lock screen.
Calls use the phone’s own call screen, so you answer with a swipe and can mute or hold without unlocking.
On every device you use.
Sign in on two phones and both ring. Answer on one and the other stops.
Even when the app is closed.
Calls wake the phone the way a regular call does. There’s nothing to keep open.
In your phone’s Recents.
Call someone back from the Phone app’s history, or just ask Siri.
With a heads-up when Focus gets in the way.
If a Focus mode silences a call, Parliamo tells you who called and when, so nothing slips by unnoticed.

Feels like the Phone app, works like a front desk.

The tabs are where you’d expect them. Everything here is clickable, so go ahead and dial.

  • Recents shows who called, which team line they called, and how long you talked. Missed calls are red. Calling back from a team-line call goes out from that line’s number, so the customer sees the number they dialed.

Try it: Switch between All and Missed.

One number for the whole team.

Put your main number on a team line and every available teammate’s phone rings at once. Callers hear your welcome greeting and hold music while they wait, and the first person to answer takes the call.

If nobody can pick up, callers go to the line’s voicemail instead of waiting on hold forever. Each person keeps a direct number of their own as well.

Set yourself to Away and team calls skip you. Decline one and you get a five-minute break from team calls, while your direct calls still come through.

Warm transfers in three taps

Introduce the caller before you pass them on, so nobody has to explain themselves twice.

  1. Put the caller on hold

Tap Transfer. Your caller hears hold music while you work.

    Caller on hold
  2. Talk to your teammate first

Pick a teammate (anyone away is greyed out) or type any phone number. You’re connected privately, so you can explain who’s waiting.

  3. Hand it over, or bring everyone in

Tap Complete and the caller goes to your teammate. Tap Resume and all three of you are on one call. If you just hang up, the caller goes through anyway.

Voicemail goes where your team already looks.

Written out for you
Every message is transcribed automatically and shows up in the app the moment it’s ready.
A box for each person and each line
Messages left on a team line land in that line’s box, where the whole team can see them.
Posted to your team chat
Team-line voicemails post to the Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat channel you choose, with the transcript and a button to play the recording. Using something else? Send them to any webhook.
Greetings in your own voice
Record a greeting of up to 60 seconds on your phone and hear it back before you save it. Or type a greeting to be read aloud instead, and set company-wide defaults.

Open weekdays 8 AM to noon and 1 PM to 5:30 PM, Thursday until 7 PM, Friday until 3 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM, closed Sunday.

Open when you’re open.

Set each team line’s hours in the web console: split shifts, holidays and early closes, in the line’s own time zone. Daylight saving is handled for you.

After hours, callers can

  • Leave a voicemail after an after-hours greeting
  • Be forwarded to another team line
  • Hear a message, then the call ends

Plans change, so there’s “Close now” and “Stay open late” for the odd day. Anyone already on hold at closing time still gets answered.

Keep the phone system you already have.

Already have a carrier or a PBX? Parliamo connects to it over SIP, so your numbers and your setup stay where they are.

Straight from a SIP trunk
Point your SIP trunk at Parliamo and calls to your numbers come straight in. Your carrier keeps the numbers; Parliamo rings the team.
Through your own PBX
Running a PBX on premises or in the cloud? Add Parliamo as a SIP destination and send it the calls you choose: the main line, a ring group or a single extension. Desk phones and call flows stay as they are.
Set up with you
Tell us what you run today when you talk to sales, and we’ll work through the connection with you.

Parliamo

Team lines, hours and voicemail. Rings every phone on the team.

Your PBX

On premises or in the cloud

Calls reach Parliamo over SIP, either from a carrier’s SIP trunk or from your own PBX, on premises or in the cloud.

Your calls stay within the team.

Invite only
Nobody can sign in without an invitation. Disable someone and their phone stops ringing right away.
Admins and agents
Two roles, and the server checks them on every request, not just in the app.
Contacts stay on your phone
Names are matched on the device. The server only ever sees phone numbers.
Your personal number stays private
Calls go out from your business numbers, never from your own mobile number.
Recordings stay private
Greetings sit in private storage behind short-lived links, and voicemail plays only for teammates who’ve signed in.
Guarded against toll fraud
Outbound calls are limited to US numbers, checked by country rather than by the +1 prefix alone.

Parliamo: “let’s talk.”

That’s the whole job. When someone calls your business, the call should reach a person who can pick it up.

What you’ll need

A phone to answer on
An iPhone on iOS 26.5 or later, or the browser phone on any computer. Already have a phone system? Your SIP desk phones can ring too, through our SIP integration.
Your business numbers, or a new one
Bring the numbers you have, or connect the SIP trunk or PBX they already live on. Starting fresh? We’ll set you up with a new number instead. Then choose which ring a person and which ring a team.
Calls within the US
Outbound calling is US-only by default. Need to reach other countries? Ask us and we’ll enable international dialing case by case.
A quick conversation
We set up each team with you, from your numbers to your team lines.

Get your team on the line.

Tell us about your team and the numbers you use today. We’ll set up your lines and send invitations to everyone who answers the phone.
